Materials: CasaSol Eco Eco Color Jade, CasaSol Eco ECO color Crudo, 5.00mm (H) crochet hook, Tapestry needle, Stitch markers
Abbreviations (USA): ch - chain, sc - single crochet, sk - skip, sl - st slip stitch, sp -space st(s) stitch(es)
Worked in the round. ch. 56
Round 1: Sc in 2nd chain from hook, sc in next 53 ch spaces. 3 sc in end ch. (Add stitch marker to middle stitch of the group of 3). Working down the other side, 53 sc to the end. 2 sc in the turning chain (add stitch marker to the second stitch of the two stitches on the corner). Do not ss into first stitch of the round. Instead 2 sc in first stitch of the round. (Don't forget to add stitch markers to keep track of the corners!)
Round 2: Sc in each of next 54 sts. 2 sc in each of next 4 sts. Sc in each of next 54 sts. 2 sc in each of last 3 sts.
Add 3 stitches together in marked stitch. Sc to the end of the other side. Add 3 stitches together in corner stitch. Total of 117 sc
Round 3-9 repeat row 2.
Round 10: Sc to stitch marker, 3 sc together in marked stitch, sc to the end of the other size, 2 sc in marked stitch, sc in each stitch until beginning sc. ss into first stitch of the round. Total of 150 sc.
Round 11: sc in back loop only of the next space, sc in back loop of every stitch from previous round. Take out all stitch markers except the one that marks the beginning of the round. Total of 150 sc.
Round 12: sc into each stitch of previous round (total of 150 sc)
Round 13- 50: Repeat round 12
Round 51: sc in each stitch of previous round, sl in starting stitch. Tie off.
Round 52: attach white yarn in first sc of previous round. Ch 4. Sk 2 stitches and sc in 3rd stitch. Ch. 4, sk 2 stitches and sc in next stitch. Repeat around. Ss into first ch of starting stitch.
Round 53: 2 sc in first ch space, ch. 3 and sc in next ch 4 space, ch. 3 and sc in next ch 4 space. Repeat all the way around. As into first chain.
Round 54: 2sc into first ch 3 space. Chain 3 and single crochet in next ch 3 space. Ch.3 and sc in next ch. 3 space. Repeat all the way around. Do no ss. Sc in next chain 3 space.
Round 55-60: repeat round 54.
Round 61: 2 sc in ch 3 space. 1 sc in sc of previous round. 2 sc in chain 3 space. 1 sc in sc of previous round. Repeat. Total of 140 sc stitches.
Round 62: sc in each sc of previous round. Total of 140 sc.
Round 63-64: repeat round 62.
Straps:
Be sure to make 2 handles. Each handle is approximately 24″ in length (but will stretch).
Row 1: Ch 7, sc in 2nd ch from hook and every ch across, turn (total of 6 sc)
Row 2: Ch 1, sc in every ch across (total of 6 sc)
Row 3-60: Repeat row 2 (total of 6 sc)
Finishing:
Attach handles on inside of bag with yarn by using yarn needle and sewing the the straps directly onto the bag.
